Our spacious, modern rooms offer all the comfort and amenities you may desire during your stay with us. Additionally, we provide morning papers, and if requested, arrange for in-room hair styling, manicure/pedicure, and massages.
Our luxury single and double rooms promise the highest comfort: secured safely in the bedside table, private telephone with access via chip card, air-condition, minibar, radio, and TV (various international satellite programs), as well as your personal Internet and fax access.
Besides first-class medical care, the most important aspect for us is the well-being and the comfort of our patients. Feel as if you are in a restaurant and chose out of a carefully composed menu. Take what you desire and is in accordance with your diet. All menus are freshly prepared and made of first-class ingredients, in consideration of your individual or religious needs and wishes.
Alongside the first-class medical care, we are keen to offer our patients an overall level of comfort and well-being while residing in our house. Our patients can select their meals from daily meal plans, designed with special consideration to their health, individual taste, and religious background.
We are happy to provide a bathrobe and slippers free of charge. Please contact the nursing team. Each room includes a hairdryer and a magnifying mirror in the bathroom.
The Wiener Privatklinik is a private attending hospital, meaning patients can bring their preferred doctor. All doctors work independently. The clinic maintains strong ties with Vienna’s university hospitals, and some of the most renowned professors and specialists treat patients here daily.
There are no set visiting hours at the Wiener Privatklinik. However, we kindly ask visitors to limit their visits to between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM out of respect for other patients.
Flowers brighten your bedside, but certain types are unsuitable for hospital rooms. Potted plants pose an infection risk and are therefore not allowed. Flower vases are available in the wards.
Our courier service can run errands for you, such as picking up magazines or books within the clinic. Please contact our reception at extension 9 or +43 1 40180-0.
To make your stay as comfortable as possible, you can purchase books and the latest bestsellers at our cafeteria shop.
Our stylish cafeteria is located on the upper floor of the South Wing. It offers snacks, pastries, and a selection of bestsellers. You can also order from your room. Opening hours: Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 7:30 PM; Weekends and holidays: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM.
Our dietitian is available for nutritional therapy, diet advice, and consultations during your stay. Please schedule your consultation early by calling +43 1 40 180 – 8414. Diet counseling requires your doctor’s consent, and there is no extra charge for the service.
Every day, our head chef offers a choice between traditional, vegetarian, and light meals. À la carte service is available from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Please see the menu in your room for more details.

Our garden and terrace offer a peaceful green space in the city. Accessible via the cafeteria in the upper floor of the South Wing. The cafeteria staff will be happy to serve you food and drinks in the garden.
Our highly trained general practitioners are available to support patients at any time. They work closely with the nursing staff and attending physicians to ensure seamless medical care, and are the first point of contact in emergencies.

We provide all inpatients with a complimentary hygiene kit that contains essential toiletries for your stay.
If you need a specialist from another field during your stay, your attending physician will consult with a specialist. Contact the nursing staff for arrangements.
Crutches are available for use within the clinic at a small fee. For continued use after discharge, a rental form is required.
You can select your meals in advance from the daily menu provided in your room. Breakfast starts at 8:00 AM, lunch at 12:00 PM, and dinner at 5:45 PM. Snacks are offered in the morning and afternoon.
Please respect the mobile phone restrictions in critical hospital areas. High-frequency signals may interfere with medical devices and cause dangerous situations.
The physical therapy department is located on the 2nd floor of the South Wing. Therapies are available Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Freshly operated patients receive therapy on weekends.
Our concierge desk is available 24 hours a day at extension 9.
For mail deliveries, please include your room number on all letters. The courier service can assist with trips to the post office (extension 9).
If you need psychological or social support during your stay, the nursing team can arrange a consultation with a psychologist or counselor.
For spiritual support during your stay, please contact the nursing team or the concierge at extension 9.
Our day clinic offers consultations with highly qualified specialists. We are happy to assist with second opinions or check-up inquiries. Located on the ground floor of the South Wing.
Towels are changed daily, while bed linens are changed less frequently for environmental reasons. Daily linen changes are available upon request.
A selection of standard newspapers is available daily. Additional papers can be purchased from the courier service during their morning rounds.
